Cruising Alone

              Let me tell you a story rare In a jungle far away from here A camaraderie between an unlikely pair The Tale of a tabby-cat and a Hare Maybe it was summer or the start of fall When they stumbled upon each other But before we go on with their journey Know a bit about the kitty and the bunny The puss seemed dainty but was fierce And the tiny thing had grizzled hair Mighty and reticent was the hare A bit callow but alluring and fair So when they met and started to chat Wondered what's common between a rabbit and a cat But they enjoyed each other's anecdotes and little spats Account of some events and stories of combat To the bunny, the feline was acute and prudent But the kitty too was flawed and full of imperfections Till the time they were frolicking, everything was fine Until one day havoc broke on their lives A fine day when both were strolling through the bushes They discovered ...

Emotions are many but words are few. As beautiful as drops of dew. I can't figure out a way to tell you. I feel they have lost their hue. It feels like I am captured in a bottle, And trying to gasp for air. There won't be a card reading, Handle with care. Trying to hide inside a nutshell; It feels like I am stuck in a deep well. They say time has the power to heal the pain, But when surrounded by dozens of chains, All the efforts seem in vain. There's nothing to do but cry in the rain.

Hey, folks So, digging through the insane treasure hidden from the world, I found the first ever poem I wrote. Well not technically the first but one which I wrote for a friend. In this maze of life, we find ourselves alone and we feel that we have no one, no one who understands or cares for us but then we find that special someone who knows, who knows all our secrets, who knows all our grins and whims and sorrows and pain and that person is YOU. So much has happened since the fall Losing on, I might have dropped the ball The past keeps lingering on my mind Gotta hold on to something, anything worthwhile I could find Realize this every day and every night No strong will to fight Guess I am just burning out Time and again losing this bout Guess I am just burning out Teardrops in silence no one can hear me shout I have some memories but I want them to faint.
